Rosina Ritzmann

Rosina has nine years of experience in accounting and finance.  She started her career as an intern in accounting.  After a year-long internship she was hired as accounting/finance administrative assistant where she was responsible for assisting with daily audits, entering invoices for payment, managing department payroll, accounts receivable, and document requests for internal and external audits.

After two years of administrative experience, Rosina became a revenue auditor. Her responsibilities included reconciling and processing the gaming and tax form audits for multiple properties, identifying revenue discrepancies, preparing daily gaming and analysis reports, verifying and recording revenue from gaming areas, and reviewing source documents for compliance to control standards and policies.

Rosina has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Sustainability from Arizona State University.  Business Sustainability is the management of the triple bottom line- a process by which companies focus on their financial, social and environmental risks, as well as their obligations and opportunities.  

Rosina started with 2KR in 2020 and has been an integral part of the company's success.
