The goal is to identify what works well so that the Company can generate the largest amount of incremental profit possible;
- Budgets – Develop, oversee and implement capital, operating and cash flow budgets taking into account all aspects of the operation. The goal is to implement a process that aligns with the vision of the executive team within the Company allowing for departmental buy in as it pertains to capital investment, labor requirements, revenue growth, expense growth, debt obligations and interest rate risk. This is usually year one in the overarching financial plan; and,
- Ad-hoc reporting – Develop and implement processes that allow for tracking of a number of different data points. A good example of this type of reporting is the automated tracking of hours worked for compliance purposes related to the affordable care act.
